Pet Policy

At Tonti Lakeside we know you love your pets- and we do too!

 

You’ll find pet stations located around the property for your convenience and Milk-Bones in our leasing office for those afternoon walk cravings.

 

We welcome your dogs and cats weighing 60 lbs and under (when full grown) or two pets weighing 100 lbs. total.  Because we understand that accidents sometimes happen, we do require a non-refundable $350 pet fee and $150 refundable deposit.  We do not charge pet rent. Please ask us about aggressive breed restrictions.
